for trainees and professionalsThe Vanderbilt Center for Kidney Disease encompasses a broad range of expertise in basic and clinical research on kidney disease, as well as a comprehensive clinical nephrology service that meets the needs of patients, professionals and trainees. As part of our education program, we host more than 340 educational seminars and conferences each year. In addition, experienced faculty involved in both clinical and basic kidney disease research, teaching and clinical nephrology practice participate in a variety of training programs for medical students, medical residents, nephrology fellows, clinical and basic scientists.
